I understand that Sparkle School is a DBA of The Sparkle Experience, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company.

I understand that Sparkle School programs including all audio recordings, books, downloadable documents, live phone coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching sessions, group and individual email support, and web-based group discussions are designed to assist me in developing a better awareness of who I am as an iNtuitive-Feeling type women. In the process of gaining this awareness, I understand that I may become conscious of areas in my life or things about myself that I may be uncomfortable with. This is all a natural part of gaining self-understanding and I take full responsibility for all the experiences, memories, feelings and learnings I may have in Sparkle School programs. I also take full responsibility for what I do with the learnings and experiences during and ater my formal association with Sparkle School.

I understand that Sparkle School programs are not treatments or therapies, nor are they intended to replace any treatment or therapy that I may be receiving at any time. Sparkle School presents educational and philosophical information for my consideration. Sparkle School monitors, facilitators, and guides, support participants in their programs in using additional professional assistance whenever necessary or possible.

The relationship of Sparkle School to its participants is predicated on mutual respect, consideration, caring, sharing and trust. Sparkle School takes the responsibility to provide a loving, caring, nurturing, comfortable, and safe environment for its program participants. It is my responsibility to take care of myself in Sparkle School processes, physically, emotionally, mentally and otherwise.

I understand that Sparkle School is asking me to sign this acceptance of term and conditions with the understanding that when I participate in Sparkle School processes, I take full responsibility for my learning and subsequent actions.

I understand that Sparkle School records all ‘classroom calls’ and group phone coaching sessions for the continued educational use of Sparkle School program participants. I hereby authorize Sparkle School to publish and release all voice recordings in which I participate. I understand that it is my responsibility to use only my first name on such recordings to protect my privacy. I further agree that Sparkle School may use or cause to be used these voice recordings for any and all educational uses with no compensation to me.
