I understand that NF Learning Lab is a DBA of The Sparkle Experience, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company.

I understand that NF Learning Lab programs including all audio recordings, books, downloadable documents, live phone coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching sessions, group and individual email support, and web-based group discussions are designed to assist me in developing a better awareness of who I am as an iNtuitive-Feeling type women. In the process of gaining this awareness, I understand that I may become conscious of areas in my life or things about myself that I may be uncomfortable with. This is all a natural part of gaining self-understanding and I take full responsibility for all the experiences, memories, feelings and learnings I may have in NF Learning Lab programs. I also take full responsibility for what I do with the learnings and experiences during and ater my formal association with NF Learning Lab.

I understand that NF Learning Lab programs are not treatments or therapies, nor are they intended to replace any treatment or therapy that I may be receiving at any time. NF Learning Lab presents educational and philosophical information for my consideration. NF Learning Lab monitors, facilitators, and guides, support participants in their programs in using additional professional assistance whenever necessary or possible.

The relationship of NF Learning Lab to its participants is predicated on mutual respect, consideration, caring, sharing and trust. NF Learning Lab takes the responsibility to provide a loving, caring, nurturing, comfortable, and safe environment for its program participants. It is my responsibility to take care of myself in NF Learning Lab processes, physically, emotionally, mentally and otherwise.

I understand that NF Learning Lab is asking me to sign this acceptance of term and conditions with the understanding that when I participate in NF Learning Lab processes, I take full responsibility for my learning and subsequent actions.

I understand that NF Learning Lab records all ‘classroom calls’ and group phone coaching sessions for the continued educational use of NF Learning Lab program participants. I hereby authorize NF Learning Lab to publish and release all voice recordings in which I participate. I understand that it is my responsibility to use only my first name on such recordings to protect my privacy. I further agree that NF Learning Lab may use or cause to be used these voice recordings for any and all educational uses with no compensation to me.
