Episode 05: Womanifesta Part 2: Balance Money and Authenticity

Good morning everyone, and welcome to Sparkle School, where together, we access our innate, iNtuitive wisdom as unique and self-valuing women, and share who we are becoming in a safe, sensitive community.

Last week we reflected on part one of the Sparkle School Womanifesta and explored our personal thoughts on the ideas that the sun is rising on an age of great women and setting on a four-thousand-year age of great men. In particular, we noted that it has been the role of men over the ages, to be protectors, warriors, and competitors in all areas of human life, which has also required men to be conflict-friendly, and to build society on values of conflict and competition. In part one, we asserted that it is time for conflict-oriented power structures to give way to societal methods and structures that reflect women’s natural values, which are to be associative, collaborative and nurturing.

Today, we’ll move on to Part 2 of our Womanifesta, and see where that takes us. So, here we go:

iNtuitive-Feeling Women’s Manisfesta Part 2

We intend that women’s natural collaborative approach to solving problems will promote a global culture of compassion, connection, and creativity that is not only sustainable over time, but essential to the long-term survival of our species, and the positive evolution of our planet.

We pointedly focus on the fact that we humans currently assign more value to money, than we attribute to any and all other things, systems, methods, beliefs or ideas.

We recognize that monetary symbols like the dollar sign, euro sign, franc, and yen out-strip all other symbols of excellence, thanks to the grand, global competition we call commerce.

We give sober notice, that humanity’s current obsession with these symbols ($, €, etc.) has us operating in a mode of cultural perception we could rightly call “power by symbol”, wherein we seek personal importance and fulfillment primarily through the accumulation of money, and the status, brands, logos, ways and means it affords us.

We assert that our collective, money-based mode of “power by symbol”, is a cultural  addiction that enables global competition and conflict to continue, and has, thus, led to a world-wide split between ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’.

We prize the fact that as iNtuitive-Feeling type women, we long for all people to feel safe, seen, soothed and secure, and abhor the forces of conflict and greed that have millions of people feeling unsafe, unseen, un-soothed and fundamentally unsecure.

We recognize that we comprise a very small portion of the general population, but assert that with our uniqueness, come fresh values that are essential to the further, positive evolution of the human species to which we belong.

We own that while many of us love the beautiful things and exotic places that money can afford us, we have little or no interest in wielding money to subjugate anyone, regardless of the diversity in their personality, gender, ethnicity, or race.

We ardently believe that global culture can transform, balance, and expand as we develop a shared mentality where obsession with external, material wealth and power is replaced by deep appreciation for non-material wealth.

We identify non-material wealth to include full expression of individual and collective human rights and freedoms, and we agree with some thought leaders who call individual and collective human rights and freedoms ‘human wealth’.

We welcome the emergence of a global culture that prioritizes human wealth over material wealth, as individuals recognize the inherent emptiness of ‘power by symbol’.

We long for people to become fulfilled through ‘power by self-reflection’, which is the first step toward conscious self-evolution, both for individuals and for our human species.

We cite that the value of “power by self-reflection” is expressed brilliantly by Shakespeare in Hamlet, when Polonius says, “This above all: to thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day. Thou canst not then be false to any man.”

We proudly give thanks that the process for humans to become globally responsible and self-evolving, has already begun and will continue as women gain greater and greater understanding of the power inherent our collective female sensibilities as a single, yet infinitely diverse voice.

We submit that we create global unity when our voices communicate creatively and collaboratively across the vastness, uniqueness, and connectedness of our huge numbers.

We maintain that increased empowerment of women, brings full expression of the innate, shared, female values of compassion, connection, and collaboration, which organically heal the human spirit and support all genders to create new forms of aliveness.

We declare that an important key to proliferating positive female values, is to create systems that support iNtuitive-Feeling women to trust what we innately know and share it boldly with each other and the world at large.

We assert that the full empowerment of iNtuitive-Feeling women enhances the collective and individual welfare of our human species and our shared planetary resources.

Sparkle School is an ‘un-acculturating’ environment where iNtuitive-Feeling type women come together to fully identify, claim, actualize, and share our natural capacity for compassion, connection and collaboration ...  for ourselves and others.

Let’s move on to our journal prompts to bring these ideas into a more personal focus.
